Pickup

Spice Up provides curbside pickup. Your order will be fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt, and you will be informed that it is ready for pick-up. The order can be picked up from the following address:

Shipping

We ship to all 50 states in USA. The shipping charges are based on weight & dimensions of your order and are displayed to you automatically on the shopping cart page. Please ensure to select the correct State & Zip code and choose “Shipping” option for direct shipping.

Festival Special - Pre-order only

Celebrate your festivals by Pre ordering the following items:

Makar Sankranti: (January) Gul poli / Jaggery Roti, Tilgul vadi & laddo (soft & crispy/hard/ chikki type)

Holi : (March) and Rang Panchami (April) with the authentic delicious Puran Poli from Chitale Bandhu. Chitale Puran Poli Box contains 2 Puran Polis and 30 ml Ghee.

Diwali: (Oct / Nov) Diwali sweets & Namkeen Box / Diwali Faral Box / Diwali A la Carte / individual items

Chitale Specials: Sweets, Barfi & many more.

Festival Specials are available during festivals on pre-order basis only.  Pre-orders are normally accepted 1 month before the festival. We expect to receive them by airline courier 3/4 days before the festival & we declare a pick date & time or ship it as per your instructions.

FAQ for Festival specials Pre Orders:

1. How quickly is my order filled?

- We fulfill all pre orders in 1 or 2 business days before the festival. We will inform you pick up date & time. . 

2. What delivery options do you offer?

We offer following options:

  • Shipping:We offer delivery by UPS and USPS within USA. The delivery charges are calculated by UPS and USPS at checkout.
  • Pickup:You can pick up at Spice Up LLC 10002 Forrester Trl , Katy Tx 77494 for no charge on the date & time informed to you.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

No, you cannot change or cancel your pre-orders. 

FAQ for Shipping:

1. Do you offer shipping throughout the United States?

Yes, through UPS and USPS.

2. Do you offer shipping outside of the United States?

No.

3. What is the charge for shipping?

The delivery charge is calculated automatically by UPS and USPS during checkout.

4. How long do you take to ship the products by UPS and USPS?

Our products typically ship in 2-3 business days after order fulfillment.

5. Will I get a tracking number for the shipment?

Yes. We will email / message/ text you the tracking number provided by UPS or USPS.

7. Can I switch from shipping to store pickup?

No, unfortunately our e-commerce platform does not allow change to shipping option once the order is placed.

8. What if my shipments get delayed?

We try our best so you receive your shipments in time or before the festival. But sometimes there could be delays due to transportation issues which are not within our control. In that case you will have to accept the shipment. No refund will be made. It is expected you read our faq before you place your order.

FAQ for Pick Up option:

1. Where can I pick up my order?

You can pick up your order from our physical address located at 10002 Forrester Trl, Katy Tx 7749

2. When can I pick up my order from your offline store?

Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email informing you about your pick up date & time.

3. Can I buy additional items when I arrive for pick up?

No, If you want to buy additional items please place your order in advance, so we can keep it ready for pickup.

4. Can I buy additional items on your website before I leave for my curbside pickup, and pick them up when I arrive?

Yes, if your additional items order is ready before you arrive, you will receive an email informing for the pickup. If you do not receive the email / text before you arrive, you will not be able to pick up additional items when you arrive for pick up. 

5. Can I pick up my friend's order in addition to my order?

Yes. Please have your friend respond to their "order ready for pickup" email /text and have them inform us that you will pick it up.

6. I cannot keep my appointment for pickup. What should I do?

Please contact us /text us to reschedule your appointment for a new available date and time.

7. Can I switch from pickup to shipping / home delivery?

No, unfortunately our e-commerce platform does not allow change to shipping option once the order is placed.

Exchanges:

1. Do you offer exchanges for purchased products?

We sell high quality products. In the rare scenario where you find that the product is damaged, please contact us with the pictures of that product and batch number on the packaging. We will be happy to exchange it. If the product is out of stock and we are unable to exchange it in a reasonable time, we will issue you a store credit valid for 3 months. 

No refund or exchange is possible for festival specials.

Safety & privacy

1. Do you store my credit card information?

No, we do not store your credit card information. We use Stripe Payments for secure credit card transactions. Your credit card information is securely stored on Stripe’s PCI compliant servers.

2. Do you store my personal information?

Yes, we store your personal information such as First and Last Name, delivery address, email address and phone number for the purpose of order fulfillment. The information is stored on our secure servers. Click on https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe to get additional details.

3. Do you sell my personal information?

No, we do not sell your personal information.
